RETURN/REFUND POLICY

• All payments are for mobile gaming lounge non-refundable. All cancelations within 7 days of your event qualify for a no penalty rebooking within 60 days, subject to space availability. The Host will be responsible for any additional charges based on schedule.

  
  

• All cancelations for add-ons within 14 days of your event qualify for a refund. The Host will be responsible for designated an administrative and/or restocking fee.  This amount is stated on the items RETURN and REFUND POLICY.

  
  

TERMS & CONDITIIONS

MILEAGE FEE: In Texas, a fee will be applied to events 40 miles or greater of travel one way from 76123. In Oklahoma, a fee will be applied to events 40 miles or greater of travel one way from 73507. Events 40 - 60 mileages is $75. Please request a quote for anything greater than 60 miles of travel one way. Areas outside of Fort Worth a fee of $25 plus relevant mileage will be applied for 1 hour gaming events.

INJURY/IMPLIED WAIVER: Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge, LLC or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the party as well as on the clients property or their designated location. Using the Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge is not a high risk activity, so an implied waiver is assumed with the liability for damages or injuries being the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

DAMAGE: Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge, LLC or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge, LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests.

PICTURES/VIDEO: The Game Coach will be taking pictures/video of the party from inside and outside the trailer for Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge, LLC website and social media pages. 

VIDEO GAME RATINGS: The Client/Host is responsible during set-up to inform the Game Coach of any ESRB rating restrictions. It is also recommended that all clients email us with their game requests as soon as possible if it is a game that is NOT listed on our Game Selection. 

ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your event or party (on your property, not in the Video Gamers Express game theater); however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. The Client/Host oversees and accepts all responsibility for making sure that they are serving only those of legal age. The Client/Host also accepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol related incidents or accidents. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge, LLC equipment or employees. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the Game Coach should a need to contact them arise. If a parent or guardian is not on property and within contact of the Game Coach, the Client/Host takes full responsible of the guest under the age of 16.

Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

WEATHER POLICY

The Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge was designed for all types of weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (lightning, extremely high winds, flooding) Players Club Mobile Gaming Lounge, LLC reserves the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated severe storm) please contact us for consideration for rescheduling.
